Accounts Manager

Moira Dalla's career has largely focussed on financial education and learning development for both the public and private sectors. Moira is passionate about nature and the environment, and operated an organic food farm in the 1990’s before returning to the private sector in 2000. Since then she has managed to combine her interests in business and finance with teaching and professional development. Moira works from our Canberra offices and is currently completing studies towards CPA certification.

NSW Operations Manager

Moira has a background in healthcare and a passion for service. Since joining Fearless in 2006, Moira has overseen the growth of our successful customer service operations, developing an effective infrastructure capable of rapid response to the many enquiries processed daily through our national network. Moira is also an accomplished visual artist, currently completing graduate studies at the UNSW College of Fine Art in Sydney.

Managing Director

Craig Kirkwood is the Managing Director of Fearless and remains one of our senior trainers. He began his career as an electronic engineer in Sydney and London before returning to Australia to study communications and media in his mid-twenties. While still at university, he founded the high-profile Flickerfest International Short Film Festival in 1991 which he produced and directed until 1997. Through most of the 1990s, Craig concurrently operated a film exhibition and distribution company with offices in Sydney and Amsterdam and operated as a freelance designer and developer. In 1997 he sold his film company and took a position as CIO with Sydney-based multimedia startup NewMedia Publishing and later joined the Information Design and Development team of IBM, developing online learning systems and multimedia solutions for a range of blue-chip clients including Optus, Mercantile Mutual and Macquarie Bank. He moved to Tasmania in 1998, where he became a founding board member of Screen Tasmania (the State film office) and the state office manager of the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS). He set up and incorporated Fearless Media as it currently stands in 2000. Craig and his family moved to Canberra in 2006 where he oversees operations of the company which has grown to includes offices throughout the eastern seaboard. He holds a Diploma of Electronic Engineering from North Sydney College and a Bachelor of Arts (communications) from Macquarie University. He continues to be active in the film industry as a juror and programmer, most recently at the Slamdance Festival in Utah, the Temecula Valley Festival in California and the Kansas City Film Festival.

Studio Manager

Dave originally hails from Scotland, and whilst studying for a degree in Zoology at Edinburgh University, he became a Scottish silver medallist in mountain biking and developed a devout passion for climbing, that has seen him climb all over the world. At the age of 23 he became a director of a successful co-operative company and spent 5 years in retail management before taking a year out to cycle around Scotland and Canada with his wife, tandem and tent. On his return he retrained with an MSc Multimedia at Napier University, where his thesis won 2 national awards, and went into production selling over 100,000 units. Based on this success he was invited back to work as a lecturer and tutor. Dave then went on to work for one of Scotland's top web design agencies where he has designed for clients such as Microsoft, Royal Bank of Scotland and the Scottish Government. Fate then saw Dave travel to South America, then land on Australian shores where he has started a family. Dave is currently the Fearless Studio manager based in Hobart and also trains students in web and multimedia software.

Lead Developer

Shaun has led our web development team since 2003. He has a unique talent for transforming business needs into web-enabled solutions and has developed content management systems, applications and integrated databases for dozens of high-profile clients. His technical savvy in PHP, JavaScript and Flash is matched by a passion for film-making with recent credits on commercial and private productions such as Webster ltd and the Wilderness Society.
