About this course
Master Adobe's flagship imaging application by learning expert techniques from professional designers in this hands-on course. Photoshop was pivotal to the birth of desktop publishing and computer-based image manipulation in the 1980s. In recent versions, the program has become both easier to use and significantly more powerful, putting it within reach of new users while remaining the tool of choice for serious graphics professionals working with print, web or video.
In this foundation course, we cover the basic aspects of the program including fundamental colour and tone adjustments, layer principals and more.
Please note: Photoshop is only part of a print (or screen-based) workflow - albeit a very important one. If you're looking to produce brochures or printed materials, consider InDesign and Illustrator in addition to this one.
