Do I have to buy a Day Pass or can I just go ahead and book what I want?

You can go ahead and book the course or courses you want and our checkout will automatically calculate your Day Pass requirements. Alternatively you can purchase your day pass in advance from our store, then return and book the courses you want, indicating that you have a Day Pass at the checkout.

I'm not sure how many days I need. Do I have to decide up-front?

Our flexible day pass system allows you to purchase multiple days in advance at a much cheaper rate but if you're unsure of your needs, you can buy the pass you consider the best fit for now and upgrade at a later stage. Please get in touch for details.

Do you offer discounts for students, charities or not-for-profits?

We take our corporate responsibility seriously and we like to help where we can. Please get in touch to discuss your needs and we'll work out a deal.

I have some colleagues interested in training as well. Can we share a Day or Subscription Pass?

Most of our Day Pass options are for individual use only but our Corporate Black Pass is the exception, allowing you to allocate 20 days training to anyone within your organisation. We also offer generous group discounts when booking courses by the day: 5% for 2 people; 7 % for 3; 10% for 4. For more than 4 people, please get in touch to discuss as there may be cheaper ways to arrange your training. If you have 3 or more in your party you may like to consider custom training. This option allows you to tailor the curriculum to your needs and negotiate the time and date for your training. Finally, consider our Fearless2Go service where we come to your premises to conduct the training. Perfect for organisations with their own facilities.

How long does my Day Pass remain valid?

Our passes remain open for twelve months from the date of purchase. You should complete your training within that period although exceptions can be made where rescheduling has occurred or where holidays have interfered with your plans.

I've booked for Photoshop, but now I'm thinking I'd prefer a different course. Can I swap?

Yes, you can. Our Day and Subscription Passes may be applied to any of our scheduled courses or special events (unless otherwise indicated) and you are free to change your mind at any time. We do ask that you supply as much notice as possible to allow time to make alternative arrangements.

I took a course last month but I feel like I need to sit it again. Can I do that?

Yes! You are entitled to a free re-sit of the course at any time within 12 months of your original booking. Normal terms and conditions apply.

I just want to do one day. How much is that?

A single day's training is $795 but this is our most expensive option. A 2 Day Pass is $995 which is $497 per day. A 3 Day Pass at $1195 brings the cost down to $399 per day. The cheapest option per day is our Yellow Subscription Pass where the price is just $199 per day for 15 days, or our Black Corporate Pass which can be shared with colleagues: 20 days for $199 per day.

Do you have PCs or Macs?

We offer Windows PCs in all locations. Macs are available as an option in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra although they are not always available for all courses. Our trainers are familiar with both systems, however, and most applications are functionally identical between platforms.

I'm not sure if I need training or just help and advice. Can you do that?

Yes! Fearless offers consulting and advice through our Fearless Experts program. Consultants are available on a half-day basis at your workplace. Please get in touch to discuss your needs or call our office 1300 738 797.
