Fearless Trainers

Digital media trainers required in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra.

Fearless is expanding into new areas and we're hungry for good trainers – both casual and permanent. You need not have taught before to apply, but you will need solid experience in your area. Our customers expect a high level of expertise so you should have been working in your field for at least 3 years and preferably hold tertiary qualifications.
Above all else, you'll need outstanding communications skills and abundant patience. You'll need to demonstrate an ability to explain complex topics with ease to people who may have little or no background in the app. English should be your first language or if not, your accent must be clear and easy to understand.
You'll need to present as confident and ideally have an outgoing, friendly nature that people warm to and can trust. Our customers have chosen us as their preferred supplier of knowledge, so it's a big responsibility you carry for us...

Fearless AfterDark Trainers

Fearless AfterDark is a new form of short-course learning offered after work or school, in the evenings, and on the weekends. It is similar in format to adult education but accelerated and elevated to a higher standard, approaching that of professional training.
We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified applicants wishing to teach AfterDark courses in their area. While you need not have formal education in that area, you should be able to demonstrate tangible experience, tertiary qualifications or both.

Online Store Manager/Web Master Canberra

An Online Store Manager and Web Master is needed at our Canberra HQ (PT/FT)

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, web-savvy person to manage our online store and assist with the production of training materials for our national network of training facilities.
You would be working directly with both our Canberra Operations Manager and our Managing Director, at the hub of ideas and visions for the business. It’s an exciting, stimulating environment and there is a lot to learn.
The position includes responsibility for:
  • Managing and expanding our online store: http://www.fearless.net.au/store
  • Negotiating deals and organising improved arrangements with our suppliers.
  • Creating and developing new opportunities for the store.
  • Keeping the store updated using our in-house content management system.
  • Filling and distributing sales and orders.
  • Dealing with complaints and customer service issues.
  • Maintaining stock levels and inventory.
  • Marketing and development of the store as a vital business unit.
The right person will posses:
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills.
  • Reasonable competence with HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with social media.
  • A good knowledge of the Adobe product range and an interest in the products we sell.
The position will be offered initially on a part-tme basis but is likely to move to full time in the short to mid term. An attractive salary is offered for the right candidate with full holiday and sickness benefits are a qualifying period.

Fearless Interns: Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra

Our Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra offices are seeking an Interns to work part-time, assisting our Operations Managers undertake the management of our Training Rooms.
Kindly note: The internship is not a paid position but the right candidate may be offered paid work on a short or long term basis after demonstrating capacity and suitable attributes.
This is an opportunity to gain experience and confidence as you work with experienced staff in a busy professional environment.
These are part-time positions, most likely around 10 hrs per week (ideally 2 hrs x 5 days) but negotiable for the right person.
You would be working in our Training Rooms, answerable to our Office Manager and helping deal with classes of clients coming in for single day courses.
Duties include basic office tasks such as printing and collating documents, burning CD and preparing materials, adding and removing files from computers. This would possibly suit a student studying in the city or someone with easy access to the CBD.
Interest and familiarity with software and/or graphic design is an advantage but not essential. Immediate start for both locations.
