Madeline Carr

Chief Financial Officer

Madeline began her career in digital publishing in 1987, co-founding successful SGML/XML consultancy Allette Systems where she remained Production Manager until 1993 when she left to pursue a career in film and media production and distribution. She worked as a producer for much of the next decade before returning to university to complete a First Class Honours degree in Political Science. In 2002 she was award a scholarship to attend the Australian National University's prestigious School of International Relations where she is completing her thesis entitled 'A political history of the internet.

Bob Cherney

Business Development Manager

Bob Cherney is anbusiness advisor, strategist and communicator acknowledged for his strategic insight and capacity for identifying and steering organisational change. He holds an MBA and Bsc (Business) from the University of Oregon where his entrepreneurial studies refined his core business strengths as a key intellectual driver and leader. Bob was a senior Project Manager at the Australian School of Tourism and Hotel Management in Perth before he joined Fearless as our Business Development and Marketing Manager, based in our Canberra HQ.

Moira Kirkwood

Human Resources Manager

Moira has a background in healthcare and a passion for service. Since joining Fearless in 2006, Moira oversaw the growth of our successful customer service operations, developing an effective infrastructure capable of rapid response to the many enquiries processed daily through our national network. Moira continues to manage special projects for Fearless but her primary role is now HR Manager, managing our growing team of trainers nation-wide. Moira is also an accomplished visual artist, currently completing graduate studies at the UNSW College of Fine Art in Sydney.

Craig Kirkwood

Managing Director

Craig Kirkwood is the Managing Director of Fearless and remains one of our senior trainers. He began his career as an electronic engineer in Sydney and London before returning to Australia to study communications and media in his mid-twenties. While still at university, he founded the high-profile Flickerfest International Short Film Festival in 1991 which he produced and directed until 1997. Through most of the 1990s, Craig concurrently operated a film exhibition and distribution company with offices in Sydney and Amsterdam and operated as a freelance designer and developer. In 1997 he sold his film company and took a position as CIO with Sydney-based multimedia startup NewMedia Publishing and later joined the Information Design and Development team of IBM, developing online learning systems and multimedia solutions for a range of blue-chip clients including Optus, Mercantile Mutual and Macquarie Bank. He moved to Tasmania in 1998, where he became a founding board member of Screen Tasmania (the State film office) and the state office manager of the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS). He set up and incorporated Fearless Media as it currently stands in 2000. Craig and his family moved to Canberra in 2006 where he oversees operations of the company which has grown to includes offices throughout the eastern seaboard. He holds a Diploma of Electronic Engineering from North Sydney College and a Bachelor of Arts (communications) from Macquarie University. He continues to be active in the film industry as a juror and programmer, most recently at the Slamdance Festival in Utah, the Temecula Valley Festival in California and the Brussels International Film Festival.

Sharnee Mazarigle

National Training Manager

After completing studies in design and communications in Canberra, Sharnee moved to Japan where she worked as a language instructor and producer for a number of institutions in Fukuoka and Kurume. She returned to Australia to start a family before joining Fearless early in 2010. Sharnee holds a Certificate in Design from the 
Canberra Institute of Technology and a BA in Media Production from the the University of Canberra, along with extensive skills in digital media, graphics and audio production.
